Job Summary

To play a pivotal role in designing and implementing complex/large scale technical solutions, that are scalable and in line with industry best practices, latest technology trends.

The Client Project Manager is a key member of the Ion Implementation Team, responsible for supporting the successful delivery of client program and installation deployments. 
This role plays a hands-on part in building and maintaining project plans, monitoring progress, escalating issues, and ensuring internal and client stakeholders remain aligned. 
The Client Project Manager contributes directly to improving the client experience and operational outcomes by applying best practices in project coordination, documentation, and communication.
Need to manage multiple concurrent projects and cross-functional coordination. This role serves as the primary driver of project health and proactive issue resolution.

Key Duties and Responsibilities: 
•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute project milestones, ensuring timely delivery of deployment activities across multiple client programs.
•Build and maintain structured project plans, track dependencies, monitor risks, and document key updates.
•Facilitate internal and external status calls, prepare meeting materials, and manage follow-ups to drive progress and accountability.
•Use reporting tools and templates to track and communicate project metrics, timelines, and issue resolution status.
•Identify project risks or bottlenecks and escalate appropriately, contributing to solutions that support momentum and client satisfaction.
•Maintain accurate records of project scope, changes, and communications to ensure alignment across teams and audit readiness.
•Support ongoing improvements to implementation processes, templates, and team documentation. 
•Manage multiple concurrent implementation projects with a structured approach, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to defined scope.
•Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, driving clear communication, expectation management, and issue resolution.
•Facilitate internal and client meetings, tracking action items and ensuring accountability for project milestones.
•Identify potential risks and escalate issues proactively, working with leadership and cross-functional teams to mitigate roadblocks.
•Contribute to process improvements by documenting best practices and identifying efficiency opportunities in implementation workflows.

Key Responsibilities

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
6. To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
