• Strong knowledge of CS-SD integration
• Hands-on experience in:
installed Base & Equipment Management, Serialization, Warranty
Service Contracts & Entitlements (AMC, SLA-based services)
Field Service Management (planning, scheduling, mobility, spare parts)
Cross-module integration (SD, MM, FI, CRM/CX, FSM tools)
Experience in testing (SIT/UAT), defect resolution, and go-live support
• Strong client-facing and requirement gathering skills
