Job Summary

  • 10+ years of experience in SRE and Observability roles, including team leadership and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities

  • 10+ years of experience in SRE and Observability roles, including team leadership and stakeholder management
  • Proven experience in designing and operating end-to-end Observability and AIOps solutions at enterprise scale, with tools such as Dynatrace (must-have), Grafana LGTM OSS (must-have), Nobl9, and BigPanda.
  • Strong customer-facing communication skills for the onsite/US-facing lead role, or strong cross-location delivery coordination skills for the India-based lead role.
  • Good experience in institutionalizing SRE principles and practices across operations, and systematically reducing operational toil through automation using tools such as Ansible, Python, and RPA.
  • Experience in conducting maturity assessments and baselining, defining roadmaps, and delivering governance-driven programs, including obtaining customer sign-off prior to implementation.
  • Exposure to GenAI and agentic automation platforms such as Gemini Enterprise Agent Platform, LangGraph, and CrewAI for IT operations is a strong advantage.
  • Experience in pharmaceutical, life sciences, or regulated manufacturing environments, with awareness of GxP requirements, is a plus.
  • Be the customer-facing (or cross-location driving) owner for SRE/Observability/AIOps delivery  
  • Lead assessment and baseline of current observability/DevOps/AIOps maturity against target state. 
  • Define and drive the roadmap for E2E Observability adoption and standardization, AIOps capability build-out, and CI/CD maturity (as scoped).  
  • Strong hands on exp on Application Performance, Synthetic, Real User, Log, Infrastructure, Business Observability, SAP/native platform, and Batch monitoring 
  • Design & develop AI agents for SRE, DevOps, App & Infra support use cases 
  • Institutionalize SRE principles and practices in operations
