Job Summary

Key Function:To design and manage execution of transformation strategies that minimize impacts to business performance and accelerate benefits realization during and after SAP implementations. Key Objectives: To drive and manage benefits-driven transformation for clients through Change Management, Benefits, and Training activities focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating ROI delivery To engage with business resources across all levels of client organizations to ensure that technical solutions address business needs and identified benefits can be realized To develop comprehensive business change, training, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes Knowledge/Experience Required (Essential/Desirable): Experience leading change management efforts for ERP or SAP from design through to implementation and review Prior leadership and/or delivery roles in all or many of the following areas: executive visioning, leadership alignment, business case design/validation, stakeholder engagement, process design/re-engineering, organization design, business role definition/rationalization, transition management, communications, end user education, and knowledge transfer Ability to operate as a member of (or interact with) the extended Program Management Office leadership team, Steering Committee, and C-level executives A strong desire to understand the business solution and inherent benefits to be delivered to the client Proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful SAP implementations  Interest in practice development, methodology, and growing/mentoring others Ability to add value to business development activities and sales pursuits Outstanding consulting and analytical skills, with a minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience The ability to work at all levels within organizations Bacehlors degree  SAP experience strongly desired Competencies (Entry Level): HCL Core Skills: Can pro-actively create internal & external networks Can lead, integrate, and motivate mid-size groups, including consultants from 2 - 3 Lines of Business Can elicit issues and tap into peoples’ true views and perspectives Able to facilitate diverse middle-manager groups through structured workshops to achieve consensus outcomes Can deliver presentations in a competent and convincing manner Uses a broad range of tools when delivering work and teaches others about their application Content Excellence: Always challenges solution design against business objectives Has a network of contacts both within and outside the engagement that provides access to content knowledge Can apply knowledge and experience outside of their immediate area of responsibility Able to adapt and implement HCL’s methodologies for client-specific situations where appropriate Able to translate business goals into a set of requirements that can be supported by an appropriate standard or bespoke solution Able to complete complex implementations when requirements are potentially unclear and inconsistent Can tailor and apply previous experience to client need and recognize and address recurring issues Delivery Excellence: Able to manage, drive, and lead a team of 2-5 consultants to complete deliverables within a program of work Can manage the expectations of client team members and their managers within the business, to ensure acceptance of solutions delivered Can develop and deliver plans for a sub-phase within a delivery program. Identifies and escalates issues and risks within area of responsibility directly to the engagement management team and takes responsibility for resolution Builds relationships with client leads based on mutual respect and commitment Identifies issues and risks within their area of responsibility and takes responsibility for their resolution Able to give

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
