Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Business Intelligence & Data Engineering Leader to lead large-scale data modernization, analytics transformation, and cloud data platform initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in BI strategy, data engineering, cloud analytics, architecture governance, and delivery leadership, with a proven track record of managing global teams and driving enterprise data programs.

This role will be responsible for defining data architecture roadmaps, modernizing legacy BI environments, establishing data governance standards, and delivering scalable analytics solutions that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead BI and Data Engineering transformation programs across enterprise customers.Define and implement Data & Analytics strategy aligned with business objectives.Architect scalable cloud-based data platforms using Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and related technologies.Drive BI modernization initiatives, migration programs, and analytics platform optimization.Lead enterprise ELT/ETL framework design and implementation.Establish data governance, security, compliance, and quality standards.Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive leadership to drive data-centric decisions.Lead global onsite/offshore delivery teams and ensure operational excellence.Oversee production support, platform reliability, SLA compliance, and performance optimization.Mentor architects, data engineers, BI developers, and analytics teams.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
