Job Summary

Job Description – SAP Delivery Lead                
SAP Global Delivery Hub (GDH) — SAP SE Engagement                
                
Job Title    SAP Delivery Lead – Sr Program Manager            
Career Band / Level    E4.2            
Designation    Sr Program Manager            
Relevant Experience    17 – 20 years            
Employment Type    Full-Time Employee (FTE)            
Location    India (Bengaluru / Noida — as per project staffing)            
                
Mandatory Requirements                
•  Must have worked on at least 2 (two) full-lifecycle SAP S/4HANA implementation projects.                
•  SAP S/4HANA certification in the core module relevant to the engagement is mandatory.                
                
Key Responsibilities                
•  Own overall delivery governance for the SAP GDH engagement.                
•  Manage the program plan, risks/issues and stakeholder communication.                
•  Ensure SLA/KPI adherence across the engagement.                
•  Lead resource planning and escalation management.                
•  Drive continuous improvement across delivery processes.                
                
Required Skills & Expertise                
•  Program / delivery management for large SAP engagements                
•  SAP S/4HANA program governance                
•  Stakeholder, risk and financial governance                
                
Certifications                
•  SAP S/4HANA certification in the core module relevant to the engagement (mandatory)                
•  PMP / PRINCE2 certification (preferred, in addition to the mandatory SAP S/4HANA certification)
