JOB DESCRIPTION

Tasks

  • Lead business and technology solution architecture and design for Analytics, AI,ML in telecom
  • Leverage telecom domain and market standard tools products knowledge to develop an optimal solution using COTS/Non-COTS Digital platforms
  • Prepare Detailed Solution Proposals for RFx/non-RFx driven opportunities
  • Prepare Solution Presentation for CxO level discussions
  • Prepare PoCs across Analytics domains- will be owning the use cases, design & configurations
  • Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML and Generative AI models for enterprise and telecom use cases. 
  • Build and optimize data pipelines for training, validation, and inference processes. 
  • Develop web-based AI applications using frameworks like Flask, FastAPI, or Django. 
  • Implement LLM-based solutions such as chatbots, summarization, and RAG-based systems. 
  • Collaborate with data scientists, solution architects, and business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical implementations. 
  • Participate in proof-of-concept (PoC) development for AI/ML and automation use cases. 
  • Conduct model evaluation, fine-tuning, and performance optimization. 
  • Work with APIs, data sources, and cloud-based ML services (AWS, Azure, GCP). 
  • Follow best practices in MLOps, model versioning, and CI/CD integration. 
  • Prepare technical documentation, training materials, and demo presentations. 

 


Skills Requirements: 

 

  • Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML development and 12+ years on Python-based solutions. 
  • Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, PyTorch, TensorFlow). 
  • Generative AI Expertise: Hands-on experience with OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face Transformers, or Llama Index. 
  • Web Development: Working knowledge of Flask, FastAPI, or Django for backend application development. 
  • ML Lifecycle: Experience in model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring. 
  • Data Engineering: Exposure to data ingestion, preprocessing, and visualization (SQL, Pandas, Power BI, or Streamlit). 
  • Cloud & MLOps: Familiarity with AWS Sagemaker, Azure ML, or GCP AI Platform; Git, Docker, CI/CD. 
  • E2E BSS Business processes in Telecom companies (TMFORUM)- Consumer, Enterprise, Wholesale, IoT/M2M
  • Must be a SME within Telecom BSS domain with 5+ years of Consulting experiences
  • Proven implementation experience with at least 2 large Telecom Analytics, AI/ML rollouts in Telecom Wireless/Wireline industry as a an Architect
  • In depth understanding of fixed, mobile and convergence domains and related markets
  • In depth understanding of various OSS & BSS sources
  • In depth understanding of Data Sources, Models across Network sources- Access, Core, Transmission layer for Wireless( LTE, 5G), Wireline, Wholesale, Interconnect
