Job Summary
Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and resilient Java-based applications. • Build and enhance microservices using Spring Boot, Spring Cloud and RESTful API architecture. • Develop event-driven solutions using Apache Kafka for real-time data processing and integration. • Design and implement cloud-native solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Design and develop highly concurrent and scalable applications with a strong understanding of Java Multithreading, Concurrency, Thread Pools, Synchronization, Executor Framework, Completable Future, and Parallel Processing concepts. • Apply 12-Factor App methodology principles to build scalable, maintainable, and cloud-ready applications. • Leverage strong knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms to develop optimized and efficient solutions. • Utilize in-depth understanding of JVM Architecture, including memory management, garbage collection, thread management, and performance tuning. • Ensure application security by following industry-standard security practices, authentication, authorization, and secure coding guidelines. • Collaborate with architects, product owners, business analysts, QA teams, and DevOps engineers throughout the SDLC. • Drive code quality through code reviews, automated testing, clean coding principles, and best practices. • Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable efficient and reliable deployments. • Identify performance bottlenecks and optimize applications for scalability and reliability. • Provide technical leadership, mentor junior developers, and contribute to engineering excellence initiatives. • Participate in architectural discussions, design reviews, and technology evaluations. • Troubleshoot production issues and support root cause analysis activities.
