Job Summary

Lead Java Full Stack Engineer responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable trade processing solutions for the RMS platform. The role focuses on full-stack development, technical leadership, architecture design, and supporting business-critical OTC derivatives processing across the trade lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the design, development, and delivery of full-stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and modern web technologies.
2. Drive technical architecture decisions and ensure compliance with functional, non-functional, security, and regulatory requirements.
3. Own the software development lifecycle from design and development through deployment and production support.
4. Design and implement RESTful APIs and microservices-based solutions.
5. Produce and maintain technical documentation covering architecture, APIs, and operational procedures.
6. Support incident management, root cause analysis, and implementation of long-term fixes.

Collaborate with business, product, and technology teams to deliver platform enhancements and strategic initiatives

Skill Requirements

1. Strong experience in Java 17+, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
2. Hands-on experience in React and TypeScript development.
3. Expertise in REST APIs and Microservices architecture.
4. Experience with Kafka and Oracle Database.
5. Strong understanding of software design, testing, and quality engineering practices.

Knowledge of enterprise application architecture and distributed systems

Other Requirements

1. Experience in Capital Markets, Trade Processing, or OTC Derivatives environments preferred.
2. Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
3. Experience working in Agile delivery teams.
4. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
