Job Summary

The Retail Architect will define end-to-end solution architectures, drive technology strategy, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure scalable, secure, and future-ready retail solutions.

Architecture & Strategy
Define enterprise-wide retail architecture vision, roadmap, and technology strategy.
Design end-to-end retail solutions spanning stores, e-commerce, merchandising, supply chain, and customer engagement.
Lead architecture governance and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
Conduct architecture reviews and provide guidance on technology selection.
Create target-state and transition architectures for modernization initiatives.
Retail Process Transformation
Drive transformation across:
Merchandising
Assortment Planning
Pricing & Promotions
Inventory Management
Replenishment
Order Management
Customer Loyalty
Omnichannel Fulfillment
Store Operations
Solution Design

Develop scalable integration architectures connecting:

ERP systems
POS systems
E-commerce platforms
CRM solutions
Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
Loyalty platforms

Define data architecture, master data governance, and integration frameworks.

Design cloud-native and API-led retail platforms.

Stakeholder Management
Work with C-level executives, business leaders, and IT teams.
Translate business strategy into technology solutions.
Lead architecture workshops and solution discussions.
Provide leadership across global implementation programs.
