Senior Group Technical Architect

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Robotics & AI Solution Architect to lead Robotics and AI practice initiatives and support end-to-end delivery of customer opportunities. The candidate should have a strong technical background in Robotics, 3D scanning, perception, NVIDIA technologies, solution architecture, and production deployment.

The role requires the ability to understand complex customer requirements, define scalable Robotics & AI solutions, lead technical discussions and PoCs, and guide engineering teams from concept through successful production deployment.

Key Responsibilities

Robotics & AI Practice Leadership

  • Drive technical strategy and capability development for Robotics & AI solutions.
  • Define reusable architectures, solution frameworks, accelerators, and best practices.
  • Identify new opportunities and emerging technologies in Robotics, AI, Autonomous Systems, and Computer Vision.
  • Mentor Robotics and AI engineering teams and provide technical direction.
  • Support capability building, technical assessments, and engineering excellence within the practice.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
