Job Summary

• Prepare Data & AI Industry Specific GTM by conducting Research & Analyze Industry Outlook/ Emerging Agentic AI Trends and define HCLTech POV/Approach for Foundational Unified Data Platform / Capability & Strategic Tooling Blueprint/ Data to AI Democratization/Common Data Language Across Enterprise/Agentic AI • Conduct Thought Leadership session & applicable demos to clients by establishing understanding of client landscape/challenges and propose potential Art-Of-Possible for Data Modernization, Agentic AI along with proposal for MVP/POC for quick wins • Work alongside with Sales team & prepare GCP Data & AI Solutions Response for RFP/RFQ • Develop and deliver impactful technical presentations and demos showcasing the capabilities of GCP Data and AI , GenAI, Agentic AI Solutions • Conduct technical proof-of-concepts (POCs) to validate the feasibility and value proposition of GCP solutions. • Collaborate with technical specialists and solution architects from COE Team to design and configure tailored cloud solutions. • Manage and qualify sales opportunities, working closely with the sales team to progress deals through the sales funnel. • Stay up to date on the latest GCP offerings, trends, and best practices. Technical / Functional Skills:- • Design and implement a comprehensive strategy for migrating and modernizing existing relational on premise databases, data warehouses (Teradata, Hadoop, Netezza, AWS, Azure) to scalable and cost-effective solution on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). • Experience in designing modern data platforms based on Data Mesh, Data Fabric, EventHub • Experience in designing Data Governance (Data Quality, Data Lineage, Data Catalog, IAM, Observability, Data Security, EUC Remediation) Solutions on GCP Dataplex and Other Enterprise Governance platforms like Collibra/Atlan/Alation • Design and Architect the solutions for DWH Modernization and experience with building data pipelines in GCP including designing data pipelines using Cloud Dataflow to orchestrate real-time and batch data processing for streaming and historical data. • Strong Experience in BI reporting tools (Looker, PowerBI and Tableau) • In-depth knowledge of Google Cloud Platform (GCP) services, particularly Cloud SQL, Postgres, Alloy DB, BigQuery, Looker Vertex AI and Gemini (GenAI), Agentic AI • Strong knowledge and experience in best practices for data governance, security, and compliance • Exposure to different LLMs, agent developmen

1. To architect| design and develop (through Team) solution for product/project & sustenance delivery
2. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
6. To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
