The Orchestration Lead is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing end‑to‑end orchestration frameworks that streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and improve service delivery. This role leads cross-functional coordination, automation initiatives, and operational governance to ensure seamless integration across systems, processes, and teams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Orchestration & Workflow Design
- Develop, implement, and maintain enterprise‑level orchestration workflows for business and IT operations.
- Architect end‑to‑end process automation using orchestration tools.
- Ensure workflows meet compliance, security, and operational standards.
2. Operational Excellence
- Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies; drive continuous improvement.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and reporting mechanisms.
- Establish governance for workflow lifecycle management.
3. Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, DevOps, SRE, security, and business teams.
- Lead workshops and solution design sessions.
- Mentor analysts and automation engineers.
4. Automation Strategy & Delivery
- Own the orchestration roadmap and automation opportunities.
- Manage testing, deployment, and scaling of orchestrations.
- Ensure integrations with APIs, microservices, cloud, and ITSM systems.
5. Incident, Problem & Change Management
- Act as SME for incidents and RCA processes.
- Partner with service management teams to improve reliability.
6. Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain architecture diagrams, SOPs, and operational guides.
- Ensure compliance with security and regulatory needs.

Technical Skills:

- Scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
- APIs, integration frameworks
- Cloud platforms and CI/CD

Preferred Qualifications
- Engineering or CS degree
- ITIL, DevOps, Cloud certifications
- Experience in large-scale automation programs

Key Responsibilities
2. To bridge the gap between client needs and business goals by gathering requirements, crafting innovative solutions with deep domain/technology expertise, and driving successful implementations that propel strategic initiatives.
3. To ensure knowledge up-gradation and work with new technologies so that the solution is current and meets quality standards and the client requirements
4. To review architecture and design deliverables and ensure solutions adhere to industry best practices ,architectural standards simultaneously establish and enforce governance /compliance measures.
5. To train and develop team so as to ensure that there is an adequate supply of trained manpower in the said technology and delivery risks are mitigated
6. To submit Whitepapers, participate in industry forums and file Patents
