Job Summary

Should Have2+ years of hands-on experience in Model-Based Development (MBD) in Automotive Embedded Domain.Strong experience with Model Development tools like ASCET / MATLAB Simulink.Strong experience in Model-Based Testing preferably TPT.Hands-on experience in Requirements Management, Traceability, Change Management, and Test Reporting.Strong software verification & validation experience.Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and collaboration skills.

Soft Skills (Critical for Role)Excellent cross-cultural communication skills, especially in German–Indian team setupsAbility to communicate in a clear, structured, and direct manner, while remaining respectful and inclusiveProactive attitude: identifies risks early and communicates transparentlyHigh level of ownership and accountabilityAbility to bridge communication styles (direct vs. indirect feedback cultures)Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsStructured problem-solving approach and ability to work independently.

Nice to HaveExposure to Codebeamer, Windchill, etc.Test Management and Defect Management using JIRA or similar ALM tools.ASPICE  process knowledge.CAN, LIN, Ethernet protocol knowledge.ECU integration and system testing experience.
