Job Summary

  • Delivery Lead – AI and Automation

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Delivery & Governance
    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
    • Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
    • Implement governance for SLA/KPI tracking, risk management, and compliance.
  • AI-Driven Transformation
    • Drive adoption of AI/GenAI use cases across delivery operations for automation, predictive analytics, and self-healing systems.
    • Collaborate with AI Centers of Excellence to integrate AI into delivery processes.
    • Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
  • Agile Leadership
    • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning).
    • Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
    • Enable transformation from Waterfall to Agile delivery models.
  • Stakeholder Management
    • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
    • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
    • Manage expectations and ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
  • Innovation & Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process optimization using AI and automation.
    • Foster a culture of innovation and agility within delivery teams.
    • Support change enablement and user adoption for AI-powered tools.

Minimum Salary (US):  84000

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
