- Project Delivery & Governance
- Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of complex programs using Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe).
- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and KPIs.
- Implement governance for SLA/KPI tracking, risk management, and compliance.
- AI-Driven Transformation
- Drive adoption of AI/GenAI use cases across delivery operations for automation, predictive analytics, and self-healing systems.
- Collaborate with AI Centers of Excellence to integrate AI into delivery processes.
- Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives and regulatory standards.
- Agile Leadership
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, retrospectives, sprint planning).
- Coach teams on Agile best practices and continuous improvement.
- Enable transformation from Waterfall to Agile delivery models.
- Stakeholder Management
- Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and external vendors.
- Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to senior leadership.
- Manage expectations and ensure transparency across all stakeholders.
- Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Identify opportunities for process optimization using AI and automation.
- Foster a culture of innovation and agility within delivery teams.
- Support change enablement and user adoption for AI-powered tools.
