• Product Ownership: Own and manage the product backlog for insurance data migration, platform configuration, and functional enhancement activities.
• Target Platform Scaling: Define business requirements, data rules, product logic, schema updates, and configuration needs to extend Amarta from Life, Health, and Annuity administration into Bond product servicing.
• Migration Mapping: Lead user stories, business rules, field mapping, acceptance criteria, and validation requirements for ETL migration from multiple legacy platforms into a single target system.
• Agile Delivery: Prioritise epics, features, user stories, dependencies, and sprint deliverables in line with migration waves, release plans, testing cycles, and business readiness.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the central point of coordination between business SMEs, legacy developers, Amarta engineers, QA teams, data migration teams, compliance teams, and programme leadership.
• Governance and Compliance: Ensure requirements and acceptance criteria support UK insurance regulatory expectations, closed-book policy preservation, auditability, data protection, and operational control requirements.
• Testing Support: Support SIT, UAT, migration rehearsal, defect triage, business validation, cutover readiness, and post-migration hypercare activities.
