Job Summary

PostgreSQL SME Description: We are seeking a skilled PostgreSQL Migration Engineer with strong hands-on experience in planning and executing end-to-end PostgreSQL database migrations across on-premises, hosted, and cloud environments. The ideal candidate will be responsible for migration assessment, schema analysis, data replication, migration runbook preparation, cutover planning, rollback strategy, data validation, performance tuning, and post-migration stabilization while ensuring secure, reliable, and low-downtime migration delivery. Total Experience - A minimum of 8 to 10 years of proven experience in database engineering and migration projects, including hands-on PostgreSQL migration planning, execution, troubleshooting, performance tuning, backup and recovery, replication, high availability, disaster recovery, and automation across enterprise environments.
