Senior Oracle HCM Cloud Product Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Product Specialist in Oracle HCM Cloud is responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle HCM Cloud solutions. They will work closely with stakeholders to understand the business requirements and translate them into system configurations that meet the organization's needs.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead the implementation and customization of oracle hcm cloud solutions to meet business requirements.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to design, configure, and test oracle hcm cloud applications.
3. Provide technical expertise and support in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to oracle hcm cloud.
4. Conduct training sessions for end-users to ensure effective utilization of oracle hcm cloud functionalities.
5. Stay updated on oracle hcm cloud updates and enhancements to recommend best practices for system optimization.
6. Participate in the evaluation and selection of additional modules or features to enhance oracle hcm cloud capabilities.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong proficiency in oracle hcm cloud modules such as core hr, payroll, benefits, compensation, and talent management.
2. Handson experience in oracle hcm cloud configuration, customization, and integration with other systems.
3. Proficient in oracle fusion middleware technologies to support oracle hcm cloud implementations.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address complex system issues and enhancements.
5. Strong communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders and present solutions effectively.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks efficiently.
