Senior Oracle PL/SQL Technical Specialist

Job Summary

The Senior Technical Specialist in Oracle PL/SQL will be responsible for the technical design, development, and maintenance of Oracle PL/SQL code. They will contribute to the implementation and enhancement of Oracle databases, ensuring optimal performance and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain complex oracle pl/sql procedures, functions, packages, and triggers
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to analyze requirements and design efficient database solutions
3. Optimize sql queries and database code for performance improvements
4. Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
5. Implement data security protocols and ensure compliance with data protection regulations
6. Perform database tuning and capacity planning activities
7. Create technical documentation and provide guidance to junior team members

Skill Requirements

1. Proficient in oracle pl/sql programming, including stored procedures, functions, and triggers
2. Strong experience in designing and optimizing oracle databases
3. Knowledge of performance tuning techniques for sql queries
4. Familiarity with data security and compliance standards
5. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
6. Good communication and teamwork abilities
7. Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
