Senior PLM Functional Developer

Job Summary

As a Senior PLM Functional Developer, you will play a crucial role in the development and enhancement of PLM solutions tailored to meet client-specific needs. This position emphasizes delivering high-quality code and efficient support for existing functionalities, contributing to the overall success of the organization through effective collaboration with stakeholders and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Maintain And Enhance Plm Functionalities By Troubleshooting And Resolving Bugs, Addressing Ad-Hoc Requests, And Implementing New Developments Based On Business And Client Requirements, Ensuring Adherence To Quality And Cost Standards.
2. Provide Comprehensive Client Support By Analyzing Data, Addressing Ticket Resolutions, And Performing Daily Monitoring Of Client Requirements To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Assigned Tasks While Maintaining High-Quality Standards.
3. Create And Enhance Documentation To Meet Cmmi Standards And Fulfill Client Requirements, Ensuring Thoroughness And Compliance With Best Practices.
4. Offer Technical Guidance And Mentorship To Junior Developers, Fostering Their Skill Development And Ensuring The Team Meets Project Expectations.
5. Collaborate With Customers And Internal Teams To Gather And Analyze Requirements For Development, Ensuring That Solutions Align With Client Expectations And Project Goals.

Skill Requirements

1. Strong Understanding Of Plm Functional Processes And Technologies
2. Proficiency In Programming Languages Relevant To Plm Solutions
3. Familiarity With Software Development Methodologies And Tools
4. Basic Knowledge Of Cmmi Standards And Documentation Practices
5. Experience In Client Interactions And Requirement Gathering
