Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Senior Associate to support chargeback and dispute processing for an Australian banking client. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of card scheme rules, hands-on experience in dispute resolution, and the ability to manage complex cases with accuracy and compliance
Key Responsibilities
- Process chargebacks, pre-arbitrations, representments, and dispute cases in accordance with Visa/Mastercard/EFTPOS rules.
- Handle moderately complex and high-value dispute cases, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
- Assist in work allocation and support junior analysts with queries and case clarifications.
- Maintain compliance with client SLAs, quality parameters, and internal controls.
- Prepare daily/weekly reports related to productivity, accuracy, and case status.
- Identify trends, recurring errors, or process gaps and provide inputs for improvements.
- Coordinate with internal teams and support communication with the Australian client as required.
- Participate in team huddles, calibration sessions, and regular knowledge-sharing sessions.
- Support audit requirements and ensure proper documentation of dispute cases.
