Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

1. Responsible For Preparing And Issuing Invoices To Customers, Ensuring That All Billing Information Is Accurate And Complete
2. Handle The Reconciliation Of Billing Accounts To Ensure That All Payments Are Accounted For And Properly Posted. This Includes Tracking And Resolving Any Discrepancies Or Issues That May Arise During The Billing Process
3. Responsible For Maintaining Accurate Records Of All Billing Transactions. This Includes Updating Customer Accounts, Processing Payments, And Generating Reports On Billing Activities
4. Work Closely With Other Departments, Such As Sales And Customer Service, To Ensure That All Billing-Related Inquiries And Issues Are Resolved Promptly
5. Plays A Key Role In Ensuring Compliance With Company Policies And Industry Regulations. This Includes Staying Up-To-Date With Changes In Billing Practices And Procedures, And Implementing Any Necessary Updates To Ensure Compliance

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge Of Billing And Invoicing Processes With A Fundamental Understanding Of Data Management.
2. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Facilitate Effective Customer Interactions.
3. Service Mindset With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Problem-Solving.
4. B.Com/Bba Or Equivalent Graduation Relevant To Location.
