A senior associate is a mid-level professional responsible for a variety of tasks within an organization. Senior associates are seen as leaders within their teams and are expected to possess a strong level of expertise in their field. 

Key Responsibilities

1. Validate customer invoices to ensure all billing information is accurate, complete, and compliant with client requirements.
2. Classify invoices according to client-provided instructions and established business processes.
3. Maintain high levels of accuracy and service quality, ensuring adherence to defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
4. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations by staying updated on process changes, implementing required updates, and adhering to compliance standards.
5. Contribute to operational excellence by identifying discrepancies, resolving issues promptly, and supporting continuous process improvement initiatives.

Skill Requirements

1. Knowledge Of Billing And Invoicing Processes With A Fundamental Understanding Of Data Management.
2. Strong Written And Verbal Communication Skills To Facilitate Effective Customer Interactions.
3. Service Mindset With A Focus On Continuous Improvement And Problem-Solving.
4. B.Com/Bba Or Equivalent Graduation Relevant To Location.
