Job Summary
Role Junior Associate-0.2(Spanish language)Roles and responsibilities Responsible to carry out Accounts payable activities involving Vendor Master Data, Purchase Order Processing, Urgent invoices,, Inquiries and Business Support.Standard and Ad-hoc Reporting & Vendor ReconciliationsSkills required1.Understanding of Accounts Payable vertical within F&A Domain
2.AP knowledge, Invoice processing, Vendor master, Payments
3.PO and Non PO Invoice Processing, GR/IR Knowledge, 02 way and 03 way matching
4. Invoice Validations, troubleshooting, Parking and holding of invoices, how to handle aged cases and process to be followed for credit notes.
5. Vendor queries and call management for open and Parked invoices.
6.Keep accurate records of all transactions, adjustments, and reconciliation activities.8. Experience and understanding of ERP based F&A BPO processes(if any)9. Resolve AP process discrepancies.10. Interact with internal and external customers to resolve the queries.11. Good knowledge of MS Office applications12. Good Accounting Knowledge and Basic Journal Entries13.-Spanish Knowledge, Expertise in speaking, understand and wrtiting in Spanish language to manage the client callsExperience in Years1-2 yearsQualificationsGraduate
