Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing and supporting contract-related processes, ensuring accurate data handling, and maintaining high standards in customer interactions. The position involves executing defined tasks within the contract management lifecycle, utilizing SAP and Microsoft tools, and applying communication skills to resolve routine queries and support workflow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Apply foundational knowledge of LTC-Contract Management to process vendor onboarding steps and maintain accurate supplier records within SAP.
2. Utilize Microsoft Excel to update, validate, and manage contract-related data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with process requirements.
3. Respond to customer queries through email or chat, demonstrating effective communication skills and escalating complex issues as needed.
4. Follow detailed process flows to execute routine contract management tasks, identifying basic inefficiencies and suggesting possible improvements.
5. Use PowerPoint to prepare standard process documentation or simple reports for internal review within the team.
6. Participate in maintaining quality and accuracy of processed data by conducting initial checks and following established guidelines.

Skill Requirements
