Senior Product Specialist - TIBCO

Job Summary

Lead operational support for Tanzu Kubernetes clusters across in-scope environments (e.g., Prod/DR), including control plane/worker node availability.
Drive cluster upgrades & patching planning/execution support and risk management.
Own cluster capacity management & reporting (CPU/memory/storage headroom, node pool sizing signals, utilization trends).
Oversee certificate monitoring & renewal support and other lifecycle risk areas.
Drive monitoring effectiveness using VMware Aria / vROps, including alert tuning recommendations and operational dashboards usage for MTTR reduction.
Establish/maintain platform runbooks and SOPs; coach junior engineers.

Skill Requirements

1. Expert-Level Proficiency In Tibco Technologies, Including Tibco Bw, Tibco Bwce, Tibco Bpm, Tibco Ebx, And Tibco Ems.
2. Excellent Understanding Of Product Management Methodologies And Best Practices, Particularly In The Context Of Tibco Solutions.
3. Strong Analytical Skills To Evaluate Product Viability And Market Potential Using Tibco Platforms.
4. Proven Ability To Effectively Collaborate With Diverse Teams And Manage Project Timelines And Deliverables Within Tibco Environments.
5. Exceptional Leadership And Mentoring Skills To Guide Team Members In Tibco Product Development.

Other Requirements

1. Relevant Certifications In Tibco Products (E.G., Tibco Certified Professional) Are Optional But Highly Valued.
2. Certifications In Product Management Frameworks (E.G., Certified Scrum Product Owner) Are Beneficial But Not Mandatory.
