Job Summary
RICEF Development: Design and build Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms (smartforms/Adobe forms) tailored to HR data.
Core HCM Customization: Develop custom Infotypes, Logical Databases (PNP, PCH), and Cluster data
HR Module Expertise: Support primary Human Capital Management streams including Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational Management (OM), Time Management, and Payroll.
Integrations: Build and maintain connections using OData APIs, RFCs, IDocs, and SAP Cloud Integration.
Testing & Documentation: Perform unit, regression, and integration testing; create comprehensive technical specifications and end-user documentation

Skill Requirements
Experience: 8+ years of hands-on ABAP programming experience in SAP HCM environments.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient in ABAP, OO ABAP, and modern development tools.
Functional Knowledge: Solid understanding of core HR business processes and payroll data schemas.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot complex system defects and optimize code performance.
