The role has a product owner responsibility. Accountabilities: Act as Product owner for the Data Tribe in Prism taking responsibility for the data product architecture and source data coverage, data product design and development and value release through use case development. Set strategy and product roadmap for data products needed for PRISM prioritising roadmap to reflect prioritised business outcomes Lead delivery of use case outcomes and lead engagement with executive stakeholders from PBWM and wider CDAO group to share how the Data Tribe roadmap underpins each business area’s transformation and provision AI-ready data on the analytics platform Lead engagement with our user community through user forums and use these forums to communicate our product strategy and receive feedback of user needs Represent the logic by which the business operates in our data within a coherent PBWM data product architecture, provisioning reusable data products to CDAO-approved data architecture and data product standards. Contribute to Group-wide reusable data products, technology and data patterns, standards and learning from 1st adopter of capabilities; Align with Group Data Model practices to support data product reuse and inter-operability across the Group. Lead discussion on data product standards to ensure PBWM can benefit from access to wider Group data products to support sales pipeline development and predict and manage attrition. Build collaborative divisional and enterprise peer relationships to shape Group CDAO and Enterprise Data strategies, making visible learnings for benefit of total Group. Stay current with the evolving data technology and data management practices and market trends, reflecting relevant maturing capabilities into Data Roadmap Lead engagement with Group CDAO planning and collaborating where use case outcomes require joint development of data products and use cases Leverage CDAO Data Management Practices and Enterprise Data capabilities to embed the data management practices in our BWM data operation, creating and implementing the Business divisional data management strategy. Role Expectations: Plan and manage squad capacity, budget, roadmap, delivery pace and outcome realisation; manage and maintain policies, procedures and processes, being mindful of low maturity on data platform and risks to mitigate; share learnings where first implementer of data and technology patterns, deliver continuous product improvements.
