Day to Day interaction with Client and Stakeholders for project deliveries, updates and new Change Requests
Configure OTM & GTM
Well versed with OTM modules: Order Management, Shipment Management, Contract and Rate Management, Business Process Automation, Configuration and Administration and Financials
Well versed with GTM modules: Master Data, Classification, Transactions, Licenses and Registrations, Customs (Preferable)
Create Agent, Saved Queries, Action Checks, Custom Actions, Screenset, Manager layout, Workbench, user preference, user favorites, Custom Event, Export/Import of CSV/XML, Project Migration, Account Policy, User Roles and Business Monitor
Knowledge in Financials (Invoice Approval Rules, Match Rule Profile)
Manage OTM & GTM Quarterly Upgrade
Integration with other systems like SAP, Oracle Cloud, ERP, SOA, OIC, etc.
Responsible to gather Customer Requirement, Understand Supply Chain Business, Create functional specifications, prepare test cases, conduct unit test and UAT, Go-live & support and related documentations
Drive Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Status Report meetings with stakeholders
Co-ordinate with Stakeholders and internal teams on administrative processes
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences
Developing SOP & Encouraging the use of those SOPs
Key Responsibilities

3. To execute the product launch by collaborating with various teams for tracking productization| GTM planning and revenue projections and tracking
4. To enable Opportunities identification either by sourcing them directly from the customer or by proactively understanding their needs
5. To manage| guide and develop the team
