Job Summary

10+ yrs Lead functional implementation of SAP Ariba ProcuretoPay P2P solutions across procurement operations. – 8+ years of experience • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and validate P2P process requirements. • Configure Ariba Buying and Invoicing modules to align with business needs. • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and functional resources. • Facilitate workshops, training, and change management for end users. • Oversee integration with ERP systems e.g., SAP ECCS4HANA and thirdparty platforms. • Ensure data accuracy during supplier enablement and catalog management. • Monitor compliance with procurement policies and financial controls. • Support testing, golive, and hypercare phases with functional expertise. • Drive continuous improvement and optimization of P2P processes postimplementation A hands on SAP Project Manager with a passion for delivery, indepth knowledge of SAP’s solution, Planning and interface solution. Good Knowledge of SAP Finance data or EPM processes Maintain and manage the overall project plan.

Key Responsibilities

1. To deliver for the successful launch of the prototype including conceptualization| functional specifications| release plan and product roadmap
2. To jointly perform various activities to determine the financial and commercial viability of the product
3. To execute the product launch by collaborating with various teams for tracking productization| GTM planning and revenue projections and tracking
4. To enable Opportunities identification either by sourcing them directly from the customer or by proactively understanding their needs
5. To manage| guide and develop the team
