Job Summary

SAP SuccessFactors CDP & Succession Management, Performance & Goals Management & Learning Management Consultant.

Role Overview:

The appropriate resource should be competent to implement and support following modules in SuccessFactors for AMB2025 delivery -

1.Career Development Planning (CDP)

2.Succession Management 

3. Performance Management & Goals

4. Learning Management

 

Key Responsibilities

Configure Career Worksheet, development goals, mentoring, talent pools, succession nominations, talent search, and succession org chart.

Conduct requirement workshops, design solutions, and manage permissions, MDF objects, workflows, templates, and integrations.Lead testing, data migration, training, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Skill Requirements

5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience in the modules (PMGM, LMS, CDP, SM) with hands-on expertise in implementation of the modules.

Knowledge of talent reviews, succession planning, Employee Central integration, and reporting.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills; relevant SAP certification preferred.

Other Requirements

Proficient in implementation of SF modules - LMS, PMGM, CDP & SM.
