Job Summary
Cutover Manager in the ROC core program being responsible to describe the cutover strategy , align and coordinate the complete cutover with all the relevant stakeholders. Be able to manage the Migration readiness and cutover sub stream and also deputize the Migration mapping and design team.
Experience: 10+ years in IT project management with focus on Migration and cutover execution for large scale system implementation. core banking transformation experience is essential.
Key Responsibility: Cutover
Cutover strategy: develop and maintain a comprehensive cutover strategy and run book covering all tasks, timings and Milestones.
Domain Knowledge: strong understanding of core banking platforms (Temenos ,SAP,Murex) and legacy systems. Familiarity with banking operations and regulatory constraints.:
Project management: skilled in managing complex run books and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams under pressure.
Communication and leadership: excellent stakeholder managements and clear communication skill across technical and business audiences
