Job Summary
Signavio BPM Architect
Define and govern enterprise business-process architecture using SAP Signavio, supporting process discovery, harmonization, transformation and continuous improvement.
• Establish process architecture, taxonomy, modeling conventions, governance and repository standards.
• Lead process-discovery and design workshops and create end-to-end process maps linked to capabilities, roles, systems and controls.
• Use Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub and Process Intelligence to baseline and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
• Establish process architecture, taxonomy, modeling conventions, governance and repository standards.
• Lead process-discovery and design workshops and create end-to-end process maps linked to capabilities, roles, systems and controls.
• Use Signavio Process Manager, Collaboration Hub and Process Intelligence to baseline and improve processes.
• Integrate process models with SAP transformation methods, fit-to-standard, requirements, controls and implementation backlogs.
• Define process KPIs, conformance views and improvement opportunities using operational data.
• Coach process owners and modelers and run quality reviews and governance forums.
• Support executive storytelling, transformation roadmaps and benefit cases.
Skill Requirements
• Business-process management or enterprise architecture experience with strong SAP transformation exposure.
• Hands-on expertise in SAP Signavio Process Manager and Collaboration Hub; knowledge of Process Intelligence.
• Strong BPMN 2.0, process taxonomy, governance and operating-model design skills.
• Ability to facilitate cross-functional process workshops and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience translating process insights into transformation requirements and measurable improvements.
