Senior/Lead SAP SuccessFactors Integration Consultant with a strong focus on Payroll integrations rather than a generic CPI/BTP developer. The ideal candidate should have experience owning business-critical HR and payroll interfaces end-to-end.

Candidate should have:

• 7+ years overall integration experience
• 3-4+ years hands-on SAP BTP Integration Suite / CPI
• Built production integrations using:
• SuccessFactors Adapter
• OData
• SOAP
• REST
• SFTP
• JDBC

IDoc 

SuccessFactors Integration (Mandatory)

Strong experience with:

• Employee Central
• Compound Employee API
• OData APIs
• SFAPI
• Delta and Full Load integrations
• Employee Central to Payroll replication

   

  Payroll Domain Experience (Critical)

  The candidate should have worked on:

  • Employee data replication to payroll
  • Payroll master data integrations
  • Pay component replication
  • Cost center / cost distribution interfaces
  • Salary increment publishing
  • Bonus and incentive payouts
  • Payroll calendars and cut-off management
  • Retroactive payroll changes
