Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Digital Storefront Manager to lead the strategic development, execution, and optimization of our credit card digital storefront. This role is critical in driving customer engagement, improving user experience, and achieving ambitious sales targets for our credit card products. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, a deep understanding of digital product management, and a proven track record of successfully managing complex digital initiatives from concept to delivery

Key Responsibilities

  • Offer Management: Assist with the end-to-end monthly offer lifecycle, including kickoff, design, approvals, and delivery. Ensure meticulous coordination, clear responsibility allocation, and thorough validation for each offer release.
  • Release Management: Participate in all release calls, proactively resolving issues, driving them to successful conclusions, and ensuring timely validation closeouts.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Facilitate critical discussions and build strong partnerships with Product, Legal, and Compliance teams to resolve conflicts, align priorities, and ensure successful product launches.
  • Digital Experience Enhancements: Spearhead initiatives to improve the digital storefront's user experience, including optimizing customer journeys, refining product listings, and implementing strategic changes to underperforming incentives.
  • New Product Development: Drive the digital experience build for new and evolving credit card products, from initial concept and requirement shaping to full launch.
  • Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic conversations regarding storefront categories, product value propositions, and future roadmap development, leveraging data and market insights.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Track key performance indicators, analyze results, and implement data-driven strategies to optimize storefront performance and achieve business objectives.
  • Agile Project Management: Manage a portfolio of digital initiatives, including running the business, enhancements, new products, stop sells, and tests, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Skill Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital product management, with a focus on e-commerce or financial services.
  • Demonstrated success in managing the full lifecycle of digital offers and marketing campaigns.
  • Exceptional leadership and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously.
  • Strong understanding of user experience (UX) principles and best practices for digital platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in facilitating cross-functional meetings and driving consensus among diverse teams.
  • Experience with data analysis and using insights to drive decision-making.

Compensation and Benefits

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
