Job Summary

The Temenos Product Specialist is responsible for supporting, implementing, configuring, and optimizing Temenos banking solutions (such as Temenos Transact/T24, Infinity, Payments, and related modules). The role involves working closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, and clients to ensure successful delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of Temenos applications.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze business requirements and translate them into Temenos product solutions.Configure and customize Temenos applications based on business needs.Support implementation, upgrade, migration, and integration projects.Provide functional expertise for Temenos Transact (T24) modules such as:
  • Retail Banking
  • Corporate Banking
  • Lending
  • Deposits
  • Payments
  • Treasury
Collaborate with developers and integration teams for interface development.Conduct system testing, UAT support, and defect resolution.Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.Prepare functional specifications, process documents, and user manuals.Support regulatory and compliance-related changes.Provide user training and knowledge transfer to stakeholders.Ensure application performance, stability, and adherence to banking standards.

Skill Requirements

Functional Skills

  • Strong understanding of Core Banking processes.
  • Hands-on experience with Temenos T24/Transact.
  • Knowledge of banking products, payments, customer onboarding, lending, and deposits.
  • Experience in requirement gathering and business analysis.

Technical Skills

  • Understanding of Temenos architecture and modules.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integration frameworks, and web services.
  • Familiarity with jBASE, TAFJ, Java, SQL, and Temenos tools.
  • Experience with Temenos upgrades and release management.
