Job Summary
UX Designer responsible for designing intuitive, user-centric experiences for complex enterprise applications within Capital Markets and trading environments. The role focuses on translating business requirements and user workflows into high-quality designs, prototypes, and scalable design systems that enhance productivity and user adoption.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centric experiences for complex, data-intensive enterprise applications.
- Create wireframes, mock-ups, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity UI designs using Figma.
- Translate business requirements, user workflows, and stakeholder feedback into intuitive design solutions.
- Collaborate with traders, product owners, business analysts, and engineering teams to define and validate user experiences.
- Conduct user research, workflow analysis, usability testing, and design reviews.
- Develop and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
- Ensure designs are implementation-ready and aligned with technical constraints and delivery timelines.
- Continuously improve user experience through feedback, analytics, and usability insights.
Skill Requirements
- Strong experience designing complex enterprise applications within Capital Markets, Investment Banking, or trading environments.
- Expert proficiency in Figma, including wireframing, prototyping, and design systems.
- Strong knowledge of UX principles, information architecture, interaction design, accessibility, and usability best practices.
- Experience designing data-rich desktop applications involving analytics, trading, pricing, or risk management workflows.
- Ability to conduct user research, usability testing, and workflow analysis.
Strong stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills
Other Requirements
- Experience working with front-office, electronic trading, pricing, or risk platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of Capital Markets or Investment Banking environments is advantageous.
- Strong communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
- Experience working within Agile product delivery teams.
