Job Summary

We are seeking a Project Manager with hands-on SAP Ariba implementation experience from a delivery and project management perspective. The role is accountable for planning, governance, and end-to-end delivery of the Ariba program — managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholders across functional, technical, and Business Network workstreams.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of the SAP Ariba program across all workstreams.
• Build and maintain the project plan, milestones, and delivery roadmap.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, resourcing, and dependencies.
• Run project governance — status reporting, steering committees, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues; manage change requests.
• Coordinate functional, technical, testing, and SBN teams to keep delivery on track.
• Manage cutover, go-live, and hypercare planning and execution.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client leadership on delivery matters.

Skill Requirements

• Proven experience managing SAP Ariba implementation projects end to end.
• Strong grasp of the Ariba delivery lifecycle across functional, technical, and SBN streams.
• Excellent planning, governance, risk, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and vendor coordination.

Other Requirements

• PMP / PRINCE2 / Agile (Scrum) certification is preferred.
