Job Summary

Training Lead – SAP S/4HANA Transformation Location: Poland or Romania (program-aligned; hybrid with on-site presence required as per program needs) Position Summary The Training Lead will design and lead the end-to-end training and enablement workstream for a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program. The role is accountable for defining and executing the overall training strategy, role-based learning curriculum, training delivery model, and adoption measurement framework — ensuring employees across all impacted business units are prepared, confident, and capable of operating in the future-state SAP environment from day one of each go-live. The Training Lead will partner closely with the OCM Lead, Communications Lead, SAP Functional Leads, HR Leadership, Business Process Owners, and Program Management Office (PMO) to design and deliver engaging, role-based learning experiences that drive successful adoption of new SAP processes and technology. The role will operate across a wave-based deployment model, ensuring lessons learned and reusable assets from each wave are systematically applied to subsequent ones. This position is based in Ireland, with hybrid working and on-site presence required at key program milestones, including Train-the-Trainer sessions, UAT windows, and go-live periods. Key Responsibilities: •    Training Strategy & Planning •    Curriculum & Learning Design •    Train-the-Trainer Management •    Training Delivery & Deployment •    Learning Technology & Content Development •    Training Measurement & Continuous Improvement •    Stakeholder & Vendor Management •    Program Governance & Reporting Required Qualifications Experience •    15+ years of experience leading enterprise learning, training, or capability development initiatives. •    Proven track record leading training workstreams for large-scale SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or digital transformation programs — from needs analysis through post-go-live reinforcement. •    Demonstrated experience designing role-based training curricula incorporating both business process change and SAP technical content. •    Extensive SAP experience across multiple modules (e.g., Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Manufacturing) and best-practice knowledge in one or more industries. •    Proven Train-the-Trainer design and delivery experience, including certifying and coaching client trainers. •    Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies, adult learning principles, and blended learning approaches. •    Experience developing training materials using tools such as SAP Enable Now, WalkMe, Articulate Storyline, Microsoft Office, video, and gamified formats. •    Experience running training across phased or multi-wave, multi-site SAP deployments, including coordination of logistics, training environments, and data readiness. •    Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and coaching skills. •    Outstanding consulting and analytical skills; minimum 6 years' internal or external business consulting experience. •    Ability to work with individuals at al
