Job Summary

esponsibilitiesDefine and drive the SAP Business AI vision and strategy aligned with SAP’s broader cloud, data, and application roadmap (e.g., S/4HANA, BTP, Joule, Industry Cloud)Act as a thought leader on enterprise AI, articulating how AI augments business processes, decision-making, and industry-specific use casesSupport strategic deals and executive customer engagements as a trusted AI advisorTranslate external AI innovations into pragmatic, enterprise-grade SAP use cases.Required Qualifications20+ years of professional experience in SAP, enterprise software, or digital transformation roles.Deep hands-on and strategic experience with:SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Business ApplicationsAI/ML, Generative AI, and data-driven platforms in enterprise contextsProven leadership in Go-To-Market strategy, product commercialization, or solution sales for complex enterprise offerings.Strong understanding of SAP’s corporate strategy, ecosystem, and competitive landscape.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into compelling business value narratives.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in SAP, SAP partners, or large global system integrators.Experience shaping or leading AI Centers of Excellence (CoE).Understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as they integrate with SAP.Exposure to AI governance, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks.Thought leadership through speaking engagements, publications, or industry forums.

Key Responsibilities

1. To provide focus and direction to the program delivery for meeting the strategic intent and satisfaction of the stakeholders.
2. To focus on relationship management with the concerned stakeholders and provide the necessary synergy to ensure alignment with the program delivery.
3. To lead efforts in driving the program implementation and ensuring that all roadblocks are tracked and removed for smooth program management.
4. To lead| develop and engage the next line for enhanced productivity on the job.
5. To get involved in business development support
