Job Summary

 Planning and tracking AI engagement timelines, milestones, budgets, and resource allocation. • Facilitating agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI Planning participation. • Managing risks, issues, dependencies, and escalations across the engagement, with transparent reporting to Allianz Technology stakeholders. • Coordinating across multi-provider teams where multiple framework vendors are engaged concurrently on related work. • Maintaining programme documentation, decision logs, status reports, and JIRA/Confluence boards. • Ensuring knowledge transfer obligations are met at the close of each engagement sprint or milestone.

Key Responsibilities

Engagement kick-off plan: scope, timeline, team composition, RACI, and communication cadence. • Regular status reports (frequency agreed per engagement): progress against milestones, budget burn, risks, and blockers. • Engagement closeout report: delivery summary, lessons learned, outstanding items, and handover confirmation.
