Strategic Leadership Governance
· Define and implement delivery strategies for offshore testing engagements.
· Drive governance and reporting frameworks for client and internal stakeholders.

· Oversee endtoend delivery of multiple testing projects across domains functional,
automation, performance, security.
· Ensure adherence to SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarks.

Team Management Capacity Planning
· Build and lead highperforming offshore testing teams.
· Conduct resource planning, hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Client Engagement Communication · Act as the primary point of contact for client delivery discussions. · Facilitate regular status updates, reviews, and feedback loops. · Ensure alignment with client expectations and contractual obligations. Process Quality Assurance · Implement best practices in test management, automation, and DevOps integration. · Ensure compliance with industry standards e.g., ISO, CMMI, GDPR. · Drive test maturity assessments and process audits. Technology Tools Enablement · Promote adoption of modern testing tools e.g., Selenium, JIRA, TestRail, Tosca. · Support integration with CICD pipelines and cloudbased testing platforms. · Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance delivery efficiency. · Participate and drive transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities

Skill Requirements
