Agile Program Manager Job Title Agile Program Manager Experience 18–20 Years Employment Type Full-Time Role Summary The Agile Program Manager is responsible for leading multiple Agile teams and large-scale programs to deliver business value through effective planning, execution, governance, and continuous improvement. The role requires expertise in Agile methodologies, stakeholder management, program governance, risk management, and cross-functional collaboration across business and technology teams. The individual will drive strategic initiatives, ensure alignment with organizational objectives, remove delivery impediments, and promote Agile best practices across teams. Key Responsibilities Program Leadership Manage end-to-end delivery of multiple Agile programs and strategic initiatives. Define program objectives, roadmap, milestones, and success metrics. Ensure alignment between business goals and technology execution. Drive program governance, reporting, and executive communication. Agile Delivery Management Lead and mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and delivery teams. Ensure effective execution of Agile ceremonies including PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Reviews, and Retrospectives. Monitor program velocity, sprint outcomes, dependencies, and release schedules. Drive continuous improvement and Agile maturity across teams. Stakeholder Management Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, customers, leadership, and delivery teams. Provide executive-level status reports, risk updates, and program health metrics. Facilitate decision-making and conflict resolution. Risk & Dependency Management Identify, track, and mitigate program risks and issues. Manage cross-team dependencies and resource constraints. Escalate critical blockers and drive timely resolution. Financial & Resource Management Manage program budgets, forecasts, and resource planning. Optimize team utilization and delivery efficiency. Support vendor and partner management activities. Governance & Reporting Establish program KPIs and dashboards. Ensure adherence to Agile standards, SDLC processes, and governance frameworks. Track program performance against scope, schedule, budget, and quality goals. Experience managing multiple distributed Scrum teams. Strong exposure to digital transformation, cloud, retail, supply chain, or enterprise application programs. Experience handling multi-vendor environments and executive stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
2. Utilize agile methodology to manage projects, facilitate scrum meetings, and drive continuous improvement
3. Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans to ensure project timelines are met
4. Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
5. Lead and mentor project managers and teams to enhance performance and meet project milestones
6. Conduct regular project reviews and report on project status to senior management
7. Drive a culture of accountability, transparency, and collaboration within the project teams
8. Ensure adherence to quality standards, best practices, and compliance requirements in project execution
9. Continuously assess and improve project management processes to optimize efficiency and delivery quality
Skill Requirements
