Job Summary

Lead large-scale Supply Chain Planning and Digital Transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery of business outcomes across planning, inventory, fulfillment, demand, supply, and logistics functions. Drive program governance, stakeholder management, delivery excellence, and value realization while coordinating cross-functional business and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of supply chain transformation programs across multiple workstreams and geographies.
  • Define program roadmap, scope, milestones, budget, risks, and governance mechanisms.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to align strategic objectives with technology-enabled solutions.
  • Lead cross-functional teams comprising functional consultants, solution architects, developers, data specialists, and managed services teams.
  • Drive program execution, issue resolution, dependency management, and executive reporting.
  • Manage vendor, customer, and partner relationships to ensure successful delivery and adoption.
  • Ensure achievement of business KPIs such as forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, service levels, and operational efficiency.
  • Establish strong governance, compliance, change management, and continuous improvement practices.

Skill Requirements

Functional & Domain

  • Strong expertise in Supply Chain Planning processes including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, S&OP/IBP, Fulfillment, and Logistics.
  • Experience with supply chain platforms such as o9 Solutions, Blue Yonder, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, or equivalent.
  • Understanding of supply chain analytics, KPI frameworks, and transformation methodologies.

Program & Leadership

  • 12+ years of experience with 5+ years leading complex enterprise programs.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Proven experience managing global delivery teams and multi-vendor environments.
  • Expertise in program governance, financial management, risk management, and change management.

Technical & Analytical

  • Knowledge of cloud-based enterprise architectures, integrations, and data management.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical capabilities.
  • Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.

 

Other Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, SAFe, or equivalent program management certification preferred.
  • Experience leading large-scale supply chain transformation initiatives in retail, manufacturing, consumer goods, or distribution industries.
  • Proven track record of delivering business value through digital transformation and operational excellence initiatives.
