Integrator – Partner Resource Specification Customer Waterfront Lab Purpose of the Role The Integrator is accountable for predictable, end‑to‑end delivery across complex technology change within the Customer Waterfront Lab. The role exists to improve flow, reduce delivery risk, and create clarity across teams, dependencies, and release activity — not to duplicate Product Ownership or Engineering Leadership. The Integrator operates across teams and value streams, providing coherence where delivery spans multiple ownership boundaries. Scope & Accountability 1. End‑to‑End Delivery Accountability The Integrator is accountable for: Driving delivery from intent through to live across one or more teams, initiatives, or release scopes. Maintaining a clear view of progress, risks, and blockers. Acting early when delivery drifts — not waiting for escalation points.
