Accountability
• The Regional Manager is accountable for end-to-end service performance, governance, regional interactions requiring local language and stakeholder alignment within the region, ensuring consistent execution of the global SRE operating model while addressing regional business, regulatory, and operational requirements.
Responsibilities
• Own and govern regional service performance across value streams and delivery units, ensuring compliance with agreed SLAs, SLOs, and reliability targets.
• Act as the primary regional escalation and coordination point for business and IT stakeholders, ensuring transparency on risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
• Coordinate CSMs, VSMs, and delivery functions to enable effective cross-domain and cross-vendor collaboration within the region.
• Ensure adherence to regional regulations, data residency, security, and local operating constraints, and represent regional needs in global governance forums.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization adoption, and SRE maturity progression, ensuring lessons learned are embedded across regional operations.
Key Responsibilities

3. To optimize engagement profitability, strategically managing diverse variables, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and implementing targeted strategies to elevate overall project profitability.
