Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program Manager to lead large-scale digital transformation, application modernization, and business-critical delivery programs. The role will be responsible for end-to-end program governance, stakeholder management, financial oversight, risk management, and successful delivery across multiple workstreams, vendors, and global teams.

Program Leadership

Lead complex global programs from initiation through execution and closure.
Establish program governance, delivery frameworks, and reporting structures.
Manage multiple projects and dependencies across business and technology streams.
Drive successful execution of transformation, modernization, rollout, and migration initiatives.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary interface between Customer leadership, business stakeholders, and delivery teams.
Conduct steering committee meetings and executive reviews.
Align business priorities with delivery roadmaps and resource plans.
Manage expectations across geographically distributed stakeholders.

Delivery Management

Ensure delivery of scope, schedule, budget, and quality objectives.
Monitor program milestones, dependencies, and critical path activities.
Drive issue resolution and escalation management.
Ensure adherence to agreed SLAs, KPIs, and governance standards.

Financial & Commercial Management

Manage program budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
Track revenue, margins, resource utilization, and project profitability.
Support contractual and SOW governance.
Drive cost optimization and value realization initiatives.

Risk & Quality Management

Establish risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies.
Conduct regular program health assessments.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards and audit requirements.
Drive continuous improvement and quality assurance practices.

Vendor & Resource Management

Coordinate multi-vendor delivery landscapes.
Manage global onsite/offshore teams.
Drive workforce planning, onboarding, and capacity management.
Mentor project managers and delivery leads.

1. To drive value creation in the engagement, proactively identify and implement process enhancements, optimizing program efficiency through streamlined workflows. 
2. To build strong relationships with key Program Partners / Stakeholders and manage their interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
3. To optimize engagement profitability, strategically managing diverse variables, pinpointing improvement opportunities, and implementing targeted strategies to elevate overall project profitability.
4. To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
5. To lead and inspire cross-functional teams, offering guidance and fostering collaboration for high-performance outcomes.
6. To proactively identify, assess, and address risks, issues, and escalations by developing robust mitigation and contingency plans, ensuring seamless program delivery.

Skill Requirements

Required Experience

14 to 18+ years of IT industry experience.
8 to 10+ years of Program Management experience.
Proven experience managing large-scale transformation programs.
Experience leading global delivery teams across Europe and offshore locations.
Strong background in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models.
Experience working with enterprise clients in manufacturing, chemicals, or industrial sectors is preferred.
