Job Summary

Position Overview:

Looking for an SAP SuccessFactors Time Management and Time Tracking consultant to support implementation, configuration, workshops, integration, testing, and go-live activities.

Key Responsibilities

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementation from design to go-live.
  • Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and propose suitable solutions.
  • Configure Time Management, Time Tracking, time off, timesheets, and attendance processes.
  • Support integration with Employee Central and payroll systems.
  • Assist in testing, training, troubleshooting, and post-go-live support.

Skill Requirements

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 full-cycle SAP SuccessFactors Time Tracking implementations.
  • Strong configuration experience in Time Management and Time Tracking.
  • Knowledge of Employee Central, payroll integration, time, attendance, and compliance processes.
  • Strong consulting, communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • SAP SuccessFactors Time Management certification preferred.

Other Requirements

Preferred Experience

  • Experience in multinational, complex, or client-facing SAP SuccessFactors environments.
