Job Summary
JD For SAP OCM:
Primary: SAP OCM Lead (8–10 yrs)
Alternates: Senior SAP OCM Consultant | SAP Change & Communications Lead | SAP Change Manager (S/4HANA/BTP)
Key Responsibilities
· 8–10 years in OCM with 5+ years in SAP-led programs (S/4HANA preferred; ECC, BTP extensions, or LoB solutions welcome).
· Proven delivery of large multi-wave SAP transformations (global template, multi-country rollouts, or process harmonization).
· Strong consulting presence: facilitation, executive communication, stakeholder influence, conflict resolution.
· Hands-on with Prosci ADKAR and SAP Activate; capable of tailoring methodology to client context.
· Experience building training and communications for role-based Fiori and end-to-end process changes (OTC, PTP, RTR, EWM, PP, MM, SD, FI/CO).
· Familiarity with Agile ways of working (PI planning, sprints) and partnering with PMO/QA.
Nice-to-Have
· Prosci certification (or equivalent: APMG Change Management, Kotter, ACMP).
· SAP Enable Now, Tricentis LiveCompare (for change risk insights), SNOW/WI/TTS tools.
· Analytics/visualization for adoption dashboards (Power BI/Tableau).
· Experience with mergers, shared services, GBS, or Operating Model change.
Key Responsibilities
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
