Job Summary
Experience in small project management or project coordination roles.
Strong knowledge of: Stakeholder management
Meeting organization and facilitation
Presentation preparation and communication
Time management
Planning and follow-up
Good understanding of PLM processes and tools.
Familiarity with the PLM and CAD domain.
Experience with Windchill and/or SolidWorks is a strong advantage.
Ability to translate business needs into structured requirements for discussion with technical teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work across business and IT functions.
Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple tasks in parallel.
Key Responsibilities
2. To create work plans| monitor and track the work schedule for on time delivery as per the defined quality standards.
3. To Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project timelines or quality and accordingly develop mitigation strategies / contingency plans to address risks.
4. To lead and empower a dynamic development team by boosting their technical skills, improving productivity, and fostering a collaborative high-performance culture.
